(4) Waterproofing The waterproofing of prefabricated houses is very important. Regularly check whether the waterproof coating on the roof and wall is intact, and if there is any damage, repair it in time. Before the rainy season comes, a comprehensive waterproof inspection should be carried out on the prefabricated house to ensure that it can withstand rain erosion. (5) Warmth in winter and heat insulation in summer In winter, it is necessary to keep the prefabricated house warm. You can add insulation materials, seal doors and windows and other measures to increase the indoor temperature. In summer, heat insulation measures must be taken, such as installing sunshades, using heat insulation materials, etc., to reduce the indoor temperature.
